- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I include photo editing in my pricing. So for every hour of your event, I take many photos that I will then have to spend time sorting through and editing. An hour of photo taking can translate into about an hour to two hours of editing. I provide photos within four weeks of an event and within one week of a surprise engagement photo shoot. I charge a reasonable rush fee if you would like some or all of your photos sooner.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If I'm photographing an event, I make myself available to the client to meet with them or talk with them over the platform most convenient for them. I require a standard contract which I will provide. I can provide a standard photo release form if requested. I like to discuss a desired shot list and the event's timeline before the day of the event.
