Kevin did a great job on our tile floor! We loved getting to know him and his work is truly extraordinary! He definitely goes above and beyond for his clients and made sure to include us in all the intricacies of the project. He was more than willing to give us tips and tricks on other projects we are doing around the house that we asked him about. He also is great with cats even though ours was a little stand off ish. We love our floor!!!

Details: Kitchen • Floor • 201 - 300 sq ft • Wood • Ceramic • Yes, I already have the tiles

The short version: Great job, quality experience, reasonable price. Super happy with Kevin’s crew and will definitely be using when I redo the downstairs flooring. The longer version: just bought house frozen in the 1990s. Trying to get it updated and wanted to redo the entire upstairs flooring and the stairs in LVP. Shopped around. Decided to go with Lowe’s SmartCore Pro flooring. Looked into having Lowe’s install because they advertised $1.99 a square foot install. Well, that turned out to be untrue. I got the estimate back and it was actually closer to $5 -$6/square foot install, plus it was just a horrible experience. They didn’t ask if I wanted underlayment, they didn’t ask if I wanted quarter round. They had very limited appts for anything. It was impossible to speak to a human at the installers. So, I checked out Thumbtack. Kevin b at the labor quote by a solid $1.50 a square foot and he explained all my choices to me (with the pros and cons). He’s been doing this a long time. Scheduling was flexible and I didn’t have to miss any work. His workers are college students and pretty clean cut. He works a lot of nights and weekends. Finally, it looks beautiful! Thanks, Kevin!
