- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I process for working with anyone new, is first of course to introduce myself and my education. Then I like to meet the customer to learn a little about them; what they like and what they are expecting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS in software development and continue to educate myself in this field.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started in computer work when I was 8, my mother purchased an old system at the Goodwill and we learn from trial and error. Ever since, I have had a passion for this type of work.
