- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer new client discounts, it's good for your first visit. I also offer packages that help reduce the overall cost. The details are on my website. If you have any questions, just ask!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For spiritual coaching, we do an intake process which includes getting to know each other and setting up a roadmap. For reiki, I would explain what I will be doing and we will get to the good vibes!

I am a certified Reiki II practioner.
