- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try our hardest to give fair pricing right out of the gate. We aren’t a huge company with large overhead and that helps us keep our cost down. We will give discounts to just about anyone. Let us know your affiliation and we will let you know the discount!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always try to make sure we understand exactly what the client wants. Then make sure that we can deliver that expectation to them. We typically will look at whatever needs to be done and ask questions and even give suggestions and ideas and come up with what’s going to be most cost effective for the customer but still yield a great result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a team we have several degrees and training in our work. We have a mason, a electrical engineer, and arborist. We attend classes from time to time to keep up with the new trends and we value knowledge.
