- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is affordable. We will always make sure our customer gets the best from us. Each project is unique. Each FREE ESTIMATE will have our pricing in writing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet our new customer in person at the location of their project. We give free estimates and discuss with them all the details. Once we have finished our discussion, we will send a written estimate, this will allow each customer to make their decision about hiring us or someone else.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the mason and tile business for the last 18 years. I learned from the best in the trade. I now work independently, with being in business for the last 10 years, I enjoy traveling and working directly with my clients. I am insured and have my certificate.
