From start to finish, my aim is to ensure that my clients receive the attention that they deserve. Nothing is worse than not knowing why one's computer isn't working, and my goal is to find and report the reasons behind a computer's issue, offer possible routes towards fixing any issues, and doing so by offering an affordable service that won't break the bank. When my clients come to trust me and the work I do for them, a relationship is formed that becomes beneficial for all the parties involved. The challenge that fixing a computer can bring is what energizes me about my job. Sometimes I'm faced with computer issues that I've never seen or heard about before, yet it is my job as a computer technician to find a way to resolve any issues preventing a computer from working properly.

Tyler was simply the best computer tech I have ever come across. He not only diagnosed the problem (computer won't boot) but he reinstalled Windows, found the hard drive to be the issue, replaced it with a spare he had and didn't charge for it! Also helped me out remotely to re-establish my wi-Fi connection and cleanup the old system files on the new drive. Can't say enough good things about Tyler.

The price range is typically as low as $20 and as high as $100. The type of jobs I am asked to do will affect the end cost for the client. I am also insured through Hiscox.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always want to meet with a new client in person, so that I know who I am working for and so that they know who they are hiring to fix their computer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am CompTIA A+ certified, which means that I am recognized within the IT industry as having the basic skills and knowledge of computer repair and service.
