- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The total fee I submit to you when I send a quote to you, includes the driving fee to get to you! There are no hidden fees. You are given free downloads of the photos taken!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We arrange a date and time, I have a follow up with them to clear everything and make sure we are on the same page, than we meet at the location and start shooting the photos! After the session depending on how many photos were asked to have been shot, depends on how fast I return the photos to you. I will edit them and upload them on my website. I will send you a direct link to the gallery to directly download the photos so you are able to download them onto what ever device is easiest. The downloads are also free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken many classes on photography, and have had my business for over a year.
