- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Prospective customer email or call me asking for quote. I ask for the type of translation needed and time frame. Customer either comes in person or sends me scanned copy of document(s). I translate document (s) and have them notarized. Finally, I mail documents via Priority Mail after customer either pay me in person or via PayPal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a native Spanish speaker with more than 40 years leaving in the USA. I have a BS in Business with major in Marketing and minors in Computer Science and Spanish. As an immigrant, I understand the needs of my customer and the require documents by INS.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After many years of working as a technical writer I decided to work from home rather than commute.
