Murray's Treee Service was hired by our backyard neighbor to take down some trees in the neighbor's yard. The crew decided to fell a big tree into our yard even though the neighbor advised against it. The crew went forward with the job and snapped off a 20' tall red maple that was one of two that we had planted 3 years earlier. When we called Murray's to ask that they replace the tree and the 7 oakleaf hydrangeas that were damaged by the crew, we were given the runaround for several weeks. Then, the owner refused to do anything about the tree and hydrangeas that we lost. My advice - don't hire this company to do anything.
