Kidtee Hello Photography
About this pro
Katti has such a great eye for detail and does such a great job assisting with posing to get the right look in her shots. She was very pleasant and professional. We also felt very comfortable with her, I will be sure to use her again if I need a photographer again in the Nashville area!Mar 29, 2018Verified

Thank you so much! Means so much to me!!
Katti was awesome! From quote to finished product, she was very open with her communication and accessable, which was nice because she traveled to our house the day after Christmas...Already alot of craziness on our end. I explained what we were looking for - large family photos with smaller family unit photos including 2 toddlers and 4 dogs, and she explained that she had done that kind of thing before and some of her techniques. She was great with the dogs and phenomenal with the kids (got them to smile for the family photos and candid shots too). Overall, a great experience. Next time our family needs photos, I'm calling her again for sure!Jan 17, 2017Verified
I reached out to Katti about shooting some casual family photos at my sister-in-law's farm the day after Christmas. Not only was Katti fairly priced, her portfolio showed an assortment of beautiful work that felt like a good fit for our laid-back family. Leading up to the shoot, Katti was easy to reach and prompt with replies to my questions. When it came time for the shoot, Katti was on-time, prepared, and totally warm and professional. She was exceedingly patient with my rambunctious tweens—and equally patient with my older mother-in-law & father-in-law. After the shoot, Katti took pains to stay in touch, keeping me posted on the processing of our images. A few weeks later, I received the photos and I must say...they are absolutely gorgeous! Katti is an artist, pure and simple. Her expert eye for the interplay of color, light, texture, and scale made for photos that actually brought me and my husband to tears when we first saw them. Thank you Katti, for a fabulous shoot and for capturing the special bonds and playful joy of our family. The gift of your artistry means more to us than we can express.Jan 17, 2017Verified
Kidtee did great especially with the challenges I threw their way. We were outside in 12 degree windy weather and at night in awkwardly lit areas, yet the photos turned out great. The only problem we had was wanting more photos, which is a good problem to have. Thank you.Jan 5, 2018VerifiedKidtee H.'s reply

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I generally price by the hour but it really depends on the gig. Some smaller events i will give a set price. But its pretty straight forward and I am always open to any questions regarding the price I quote. Nothing is in stone and I am always willing to adjust when needed and I am able.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I want to know as much information about what you are looking for before you get in front of the camera. If you have no clue that's okay too. My goal is create images you love, that process start with getting to know who you are and what you like and dislike. I want to make sure I offer a price and package that fits your needs, so you have everything you want and in your budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I think the most important thing for photography is to really stay current because its such a digital world now. Though I did go to school off and on for photography since I was real young. I think with anything creative when you are passionate you will seek out how to completely hone your craft and your really never stop learning. I seem to learn a new way of doing something constantly. and after 15 years of continuously learning and growing as an artist and a professional I think I have found my "style". Though I will always be pushing to find new ways to make photography relevant in an Iphone/instagram world.
