I had a great experience with Kris at MADD Man Appliance this week. My compressor went out on my LG refrigerator so I called a few repair shops. MADD Man Appliance Was very responsive and competitively priced. Kris showed up at the schedule time and put up with my 2 dogs wanting him to play with him. Kris got to work, installed the new compressor and upgraded the board. My refrigerator is working great. I will call Kris and MADD Man Appliance for future repair needs.

Amazing! Went above and beyond. Quick to respond and accommodating and communicative. Even helped me bring in a heavy package when he just came to look at my washer 😭 Was completely honest, extremely personable and again, went above and beyond to ensure everything was in prime working order when all that was wrong was a small thing I missed, he made sure to triple check and didn’t try to swindle me into anything. Also answered my hundred questions thoroughly and patiently and was nice to my cat :~) If I need anything else repaired or looked at in my house, I would definitely hire again!
