I cannot say enough good things about Kris! He’s the owner, and from the moment he showed up, he was professional, kind, and incredibly honest—which is honestly rare these days. He fixed the issue quickly, but what really stood out was how much he went above and beyond. I had a million questions (some not even related to the repair), and he took the time to answer every single one without rushing me. You can tell he really knows his stuff and genuinely cares about helping people, not just getting in and out. He even helped me with another appliance I didn’t originally call about, which I really appreciated. That level of service is hard to find. I would 100% recommend Kris and his company.
