We had Kris out to diagnose our freezer that didn’t seem to be cooling well. He helped with temperature settings, checked all the seals and gave the fridge a clean bill of function. It’s hard to find people who aren’t trying to sell unnecessary work/repairs. His approach, same day response and honesty were very much appreciated. We wouldn’t hesitate to call him for help in the future.

Very efficient, I had earlier shown to a companys' authorized service provider. He was not reluctant to repair and told to repalce the oven. But Madd was really helpful and replaced the part and provided 1hour of warranty on parts repaired.

The technician went above and beyond our demands to make sure to fix the issue with our fridge. We also had an issue with our dryer, and he fixed it. He even gave us some advice on how to do maintenance on our appliances. I highly recommend his services. He knows what he is doing!
