The communication prior to and during our carpet cleaning was very helpful. When Brett arrived he wiped the wheels from the carpet cleaner before entering the house, and changed into indoor shoes while cleaning the carpets. He was able to get out a quite large spot left for us by our granddog. We are very happy with the cleaning and care taken. Definitely would recommend Encapsul Clean to our friends.

I was impressed from the start from the initial phone consultation to the actual cleaning. Brett was so friendly and thorough, taking the time to answer all my questions and explain the process. They were able to come last minute and did a terrific job on the carpets, especially addressing the areas I was most concerned about. Excellent service all around highly recommend EncapsuleClean!
