WONDERFUL!! Everything done as requested . Reasonably priced. Project begun and finished as promised. Creative solution to critters getting in the garden. The arbor will be more beautiful once we have flowering vines climbing! I can't wait!! This project was easy to get done!

Dan replied back quickly and came out within a day to scope the project and provide an estimate. We had our fence installed late last summer and went with this company because their product looked good, they were very reasonably priced and they actually listened to what we wanted vs trying to up sell on various other products. The fence was installed in a day and the installation process went great and everything was cleaned up well. Our fence is low to the ground which was important to us because we have 2 small dogs and didn’t want them to be able to get out under the bottom. Waited a year to do our review to see how everything settled. Had a couple minor issues with the gate- which can be expected with a wooden fence. Company was very prompt and came out to inspect the issues on the first day I was available and it was fixed 2 days later- free of charge. Everything is working great!! I would highly recommend them for the quality of their work, their professionalism, and just our overall experience and satisfaction with their product and service. Thanks guys!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price we send back is estimated on what they write on their info such as footage material for example if a costumer writes down 150' of 4'chainlink with 1 gate that's what I'm going to quote them for
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First giving the costumer a quote by measuring the yard and knowing how many gates they need and what kind of material they want,
After they feel comfortable with the price we sign a contract costumer keeps a copy and it says everything from company info to warranty usually 30% down payment is required and we put them on the schedule usually is couple weeks after we sign but it also depends on hoa approval and city permits we all dealt with that as well

High school diploma and 16 years of experience my self more than 60 combined experience between my 2 brothers and my dad
