- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don’t charge anything for the estimate. We only take on one large job at a time so our whole team can work hard to finish the project on time and on budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Make contact. Go and do a visual inspection of the scope of work. Talk the client through there decision process. Offer cost saving options.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
During high school I took 4 years of construction classes. I have also done many projects over the past 12 years. From full remodel’s to putting up a few shelves.
