- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually like to price based off the job not hourly this saves me from feeling rushed or stops the customer from being blindsided with a bill that's more than expected.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I handle pricing the job however they feel is best, if that means sending pictures and I can price it that way or if they would like me to come to the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I got my training from my father that was a all around handyman and he could do anything.
