- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically offer a first time client discount starting at $25 off!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For Junk Removal- just text us some photos of what you need removed along with any other information that you believe is relevant to the work/good knowledge for us to have. After those are sent, we typically have an estimate sent over to you within an hour or two. For Demo jobs- these typically require a on-site visit to accurately quote the Job. With the exception of sheds, small yard space structures, etc. these can typically be quoted based on a few proper photos.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m Erik Foster, the founder of Two Setters Junk Removal. As a lifelong native of Ohio, I’ve always believed in the value of hard work and community. I moved to Columbus in 2017 to attend The Ohio State University, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Transportation—a background that now helps me manage the logistics of waste management efficiently for our clients. My Work Experience following college is what helps me manage the technical aspects of Junk Removal and Demolition. I have worked a few summers with landscaping companies, I was a Foreman at the longest standing Tree Service Company in the United States for 2 years, and most currently hold a sales role in the Roofing Industry for a Family owned, Columbus area local business with 15 years behind the name for 3 years. The name "Two Setters" is close to my heart. It derives from my two English Setters, Tom and Indy. I am an avid bird hunter, and we take to the field often. Watching them work, I am always left in awe of their natural dedication. That specific kind of loyalty is the foundation of this company. I believe that when you do business with a local company, you deserve a partner who is reliable, dedicated, and true to their word. That is the standard we set here at Two Setters Junk Removal.
