- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fees are based on a STD Federal return, state return, school district return if needed and city return if needed. Extras for self-employment, rentals, K-1, investments based on forms used
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will reply both in the app and directly via text. We will set a time to discuss over the phone their situation then schedule and in person meeting after that. I can also Zoom meet if necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Enrolled Agent with annual continuing education.
