They need to finish work quoted and do a better job at clean up. Also, they need insurance. They demanded half upfront and did less than half of work. Then, they demanded more money even though they decided they didn't even want to finish the job. They were uncommunicative regarding scheduling changes but very communicative in person when it came to demanding money.
