I'd be happy to help you with your computer issues. I have been building computers and tech systems since 1992. I can help you, but the time needed is unknown right now as I don't know what all the issues are. I would take a look at the machine and figure out how I can help. The problem I was having is it appeared I had a virus that was evading detection by my anti-virus program. Bryce was the first person to reply and his rates were very reasonable. I hired him and he came to my home the next day, on a Sunday. Bryce spent 2.5 hours cleaning up my computer and installing new malware protection. All the while he was very willing to explain everything to me and advise about a variety of issues. He even cleaned up my netbook while we were waiting for the desktop to process. Bryce is very professional, friendly, courteous and pleasant to interact with. I had never hired a computer technician through an online service, and was a bit unsure of the process, but my experience with Bryce couldn't have been better and I would use an online service again.
