Bryce arrived promptly. Quickly understood the situation and problems that had to be solved. Was very patient with me. Went about setting up my new Mac and fixed the printer problem. Answered a ton of questions so that I knew what to do should problems arise. Also helped with smart phone operations that I didn't understand. He was very pleasant and prices very reasonable. I would absolutely call him again when I need computer help.

The problem I was having is it appeared I had a virus that was evading detection by my anti-virus program. Bryce was the first person to reply and his rates were very reasonable. I hired him and he came to my home the next day, on a Sunday. Bryce spent 2.5 hours cleaning up my computer and installing new malware protection. All the while he was very willing to explain everything to me and advise about a variety of issues. He even cleaned up my netbook while we were waiting for the desktop to process. Bryce is very professional, friendly, courteous and pleasant to interact with. I had never hired a computer technician through an online service, and was a bit unsure of the process, but my experience with Bryce couldn't have been better and I would use an online service again.
