- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in straightforward, fair pricing with no sales games or gimmicks. After seeing the project in person, we provide a clear and honest estimate based on the scope of work and the materials required. Our goal is to give customers a fair price for quality work without pressure tactics or confusing pricing structures.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process usually starts with an in-person visit so we can see the project and understand exactly what the customer is looking to accomplish. During that meeting we discuss details, answer questions, and provide information about our company and how we approach projects. After that, we prepare a detailed estimate outlining the work so the customer knows exactly what to expect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have spent years in the painting industry and have been involved in bidding and managing over $8 million worth of painting projects. This experience includes residential and commercial work of all sizes—interior and exterior. Through this hands-on experience, I’ve developed a deep understanding of proper preparation, materials, and project management.
