I needed my home in Powell cleaned immediately due to family visiting and they came right away. We have a 5 bedroom 5 bath 5200sqf home and the cleaners at Red Rock Cleaning did a fantastic job in such a short time. They left the house smelling amazing just in time for family arriving. Highly recommend!

Did a terrible job the 1st time and the came in the 2nd time the correct it. The attached photos are after the second cleaning, window and window sills were not cleaned, surfaces were not wiped. I asked them to take care of this because it was included in the checklist they provided me before they started cleaning and they said it was a week since the clean and they could not return to address these issues. Please note that the unit was vacant and I live out of state. I paid almost $350 to clean a vacant unit and I have to hand hold and micromanage multiple cleaners. They can’t even follow their own checklist. I will have to hire another company to clean up after them.
Update They reached out to me and offered a refund of $50 towards the cost of cleaning for the areas that was missed.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After booking a cleaning. We will assign a cleaner and notify you via email/text/phone call.
We will need to know:
Ways to access property? (Doorcode, lockbox, key under mat)
Where to park for free?
Does property have cleaning supplies and vacuum? (We can provide as well)
Pro Tip: We have an automated reminder message that gets sent out to our cleaners and our clients that their cleaning session is coming up.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our cleaners have worked in many cleaning environments such as residential, office and industrial. No job is too big or too small.
