I have been painting for more than 10 years in Europe. My focus is quality. I will provide costumers with a detailed information for their project and make sure they understand all the information. I know that listening and completing all their requirements is essential to success. I would never buy a bad quality of paint just to be cheaper in the market. I would like to offer my clients all the offers and resources that the market has. We are a real company and can provide photos of our previous jobs. I was extremely satisfied with Bjorn Painting and our painter. I received a prompt response and a same-day on-site estimate. From there, I was kept updated on scheduling, and when an earlier opening became available, I was contacted to begin work. They came over for a free estimate first and gave me a very fair and reasonable amount. Once I hired them they worked quickly to fit me in the schedule and even worked around my move-in day to my new house. How lucky I was to find Bjorn Painting! Koli and Julian are honest, hard-working, professional and super nice guys! And Koli is the best painter ever! My Thumbtack request for an estimate was handled quickly and within a week Koli was here painting three rooms with challenging, hard-to-reach ceilings and wall areas. The rooms look absolutely beautiful and the painting quality is top notch. Also, the work area was kept so clean during the project. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would set up an appointment and listen carefully to all the requirements the customer has. After that I would give them an estime and explain all the details of our action plan.
