I cannot say enough about Mr. Porter and his team. They are all very professional, caring/considerate and punctual. They were very accommodating during their time with my family, as they drove us from our church to the cemetery for my mother's celebration of life service. One never knows what the actual schedule will be, and the driver waited patiently at both the church and at the cemetery. Excellent event with Robert and NextLevel. Rode in a beautiful sprinter van to attend OSU game from Cincinnati. Our group had a great time and we were in great hands the duration of the trip. Robert was flexible, a very clear communicator, and most of all, focused on getting us to the game and back safely. Could not recommend NextLevel more to anyone needing transport.

I have used Nextlevel a number of times to transport both my family and extended family to and from the airport for business and leisure travels. Several trips have required multiple vehicles based on large party sizes and an abundance of travel gear (skis, boards, snorkel gear, etc.) The Nextlevel team has always arrived and delivered us to our destinations on time and in comfort, making our travels begin and end stress free.

There isn’t a better service of this kind in Columbus than Next Level Transport. Robert is the ultimate professional. His cars are clean and quiet and big, all good things I won’t use any other service. I’ll give them the best rating I possibly can.

He took us to and from a sporting event and provided the best possible service we could have asked for in a very crowded area...I wold always recommend using his service and will continue to use him ant time I need him!
