Bob did a great job and his prices were much lower than everyone else I contacted. He was even able to get some hard to remove film off one of our windows. He really went above and beyond! We would definitely use him again

We got the works package and it was well worth the price. Bob did a great job and the windows look amazing. He arrived on time, explained the process to us, and answered all of our questions. He thoroughly cleaned all parts of the windows and screens, inside and out, and then asked us to inspect the work to make sure we were happy. He also gave us some great advice about how to best show off the windows and fit us in to his schedule to meet our timelines. We are really happy we contacted Bob to clean our windows.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is based on estimates first. We do have our minimums that are based on locations. As of this writing, our current minimum closest to our starting location is $200 for window cleaning and gutter cleaning, $500 for holiday lighting and gutter guard installation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide an estimate in which you can approve or decline. If approved and signed, we will schedule your job. We take a 50% refundable deposit (details are on the estimate) jobs under $1000, and 35% for jobs over $1000. You will receive reminders of your appointment, and a text with our GPS location when we're on our way. We arrive and describe our process, ask a few questions, and begin work. Once done, the final payment is due.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've spent quite some time perfecting my technique and learning from the best in the business. Having said that, I am growing and occasionally encounter obstacles I am not capable of handling. This is also why I ask that you call and discuss your project before I offer an estimate. I want to know I'm the right fit for you. If I'm not, I can often refer you to the right company.
