Steve got back to me the same day that I posted our plumbing problem and was able to come the next day, even though it was Labor Day weekend! He arrived when promised and quickly and professionally installed a new toilet and sink faucet. Steve went above and beyond what we initially discussed, as I had purchased the wrong finish on the faucet - completely my mistake, but very disappointing. Steve removed the faucet he had just installed, returned it to the store, and came back with one to match our other bathroom fixtures - at no additional cost to me! I am more than grateful for all of Steve's help and kindness, as well as for his excellent, top-quality work. Everything was completed quickly, professionally, neatly, and perfectly. I would highly recommend him without hesitation for any plumbing issue.
