No hidden costs, let me know estimates for best case and worst case scenario before starting the plumbing work. Efficient and professional. Met my financial expectation for quality work instead of just using the cheapest service. I will use again simply for the obvious experience and skill set, but more importantly, quality of repair and communication before and after repair was appreciated.

First took the time to answer all question Be in handicap was not capable to go in basement explained where it was. He went looked at it came back up no problem he could fix it now. Clean up was great he took the time to take a picture of the finish job and show me. I highly appreciate his professionalism

Mr Nemec was pleasant and professional. He came promptly, assessed the problem and went to get the necessary parts to repair the problem. He returned promptly and fixed the problem. The repair was costly but he had warned me. He left the area neat and I was happy with the result. Thank you.

I had a bad toilet.. was not working right at all. I reached out on thumbtack and Steve from Nemec's called me within a few minutes and in less than two hours he showed up with everything he needed, installed the new toilet and we carried the old one out the curb. I found Steve friendly and professional and calmed my concerns over this situation which was bothering me with a great job and kindness.
