I had a bad toilet.. was not working right at all. I reached out on thumbtack and Steve from Nemec's called me within a few minutes and in less than two hours he showed up with everything he needed, installed the new toilet and we carried the old one out the curb. I found Steve friendly and professional and calmed my concerns over this situation which was bothering me with a great job and kindness.
