What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Actually I play. I'm not afraid of breaking it. It wouldn't be the first time I've had to format a drive and start over. That's why you won't have to go thru that, unless your "box" is already there.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always had a curiosity about computers, and when the opportunity to go to school to get some certifications I went for it.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Repair, recommend course of action, and save them from the wolves.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure the provider is asking the right questions to make you satisfied. And even if you don't think you know much about the workings of the box in front of you, you'll know if the provider does.
