- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes prices tend to vary depending on the event and how many hours. I tend to charge 65$ a hour or 100 dollars a hour for a hour minimum.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for working with a new customers is pretty smooth.First I like to meet the customer in a public place so that we can talk about the details of the event and discuss some ideas and get a good fell for each other and our needs.Then I later write up a contract with everything discussed that is needed and agreed upon so that we can have a successful event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in marketing administration. I also have a certificate of completion for the RAT (Recording Arts Of Technology) Program At Cuyahoga Community College.
