- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$325 is my current promotion. My services are generally $75 - $100 Hr. Depending on Hours and equipment needed. Party Lighting, Travel, Equipment, and Nature of Service are all taken to account. I bundle prices and give discounts when multiple services are requested. $500 for Events over 4Hrs, all inlusive (Service, Equipment and Travel).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically send the quote. When Client responds, I ask them to give me a call so we can discuss details and lock in their date. After Client and I reach agreement I email them a copy, and I add their date and details to my planner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I definitely continue my education. I'm constantly learning new cutting edge techniques in my field to make my practices better. I'm also staying up to date on latest trends and styles of music.
