Tri Master Pest Control "Killed it!" He’s courteous, prompt and reasonable. Yes, I do recommend. We have been fighting ants at my rental property the last two years. The last pest control company did not take care of the issue. My tenant asked if I would find a new pest control company. But I was already looking and had read great reviews about Tri Master Pest Control on the NextDoor App. Johnny with Tri Master Pest Control is a head above the rest. I signed up and specifically requested Tri Master Pest Control’s service through Thumbtack and included good pictures. He replied via Thumbtack and text. I like the fact that with his initial text he covered: He needs to see in person, availability, basic service coverage cost and warranty info. That really cut down on back and forth text messages. Day one, he analyzed, identified, and communicated his attack and specific cost which was less than $300 and with warranty for “my” specific service. Day two, Johnny came out and found the Carpenter’s ant nest behind the wall using his camera gadget, sprayed dust behind the basement walls and texted me pictures. The exterior was also treated. Above all, my tenant is pleased. Now, at my personal home, I have an ant and springtail issue. I’m reaching out to my new pest control person, Johnny at Tri Master Pest Control. Satisfied customer!

Johnny is who you want to hire if you need pest control services. We have had silverfish that several other pest companies have not been able to successfully get rid of. Johnny really took the time to figure out where they might be nesting & found the source in our attic. He also baited our attic for mice and raked and sprayed steri-fab as there was evidence of mice previously up there probably from previous owner of the house. He sprayed the outside and inside for ants and spiders as well. He was on time and treated us like family. Very professional & knowledgeable and someone I would hire again. We will be using him for our quarterly spraying as well.

Johnny showed up right on time and right away he made me feel much better about the situation that I was dealing with. He is just a really friendly guy who you can tell knows his stuff and isn’t afraid to educate you on the situation so that you feel that much more comfortable with the services that he is providing. I will definitely be utilizing his services again and will gladly refer him to any friends or family and need of pest control services!!

Professional. On time. Goes above and beyond. Had a raccoon in the attic and Johnny from Tri Master Pest Control was there to assist. He came and brought multiple traps and was so helpful in other ways. I know you’re not going to beat the price either. If it wasn’t for him, the raccoon would have caused more damage than what it did. Thank you so much.

Johnny was very nice and respectful. Had a skunk under the house, he put multiple traps down and left them there for a couple of days to make sure the skunk was caught. Got the skunk caught and couldn't be happier. Johnny is my go to guy for all pest related issues.
