FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a $50 service charge fee. However if i am hired and the estimate is accepted I will put that $50 towards the final investment of the total. If im not hired I simply just collect the $50.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I need to come look at the job always before I can offer a estimate. If its a service call I like to diagnose and poke around look what the issue is and offer a couple solutions to fix it. I offer solutions you accept and I can either start working then or schedule a time to start. I do charge a 50$ service call fee but if you hire me by accepting the estimate i will add the 50$ towards the estimate. If im not hired i just collect the 50$ service charge fee, but then i complete work collect payment via cash,or check. Id prefer the customer to provide the materials for lighting like sconce or fans chandeliers. I want you to choose what you like for design color etc. Me and you might have totally different styles so its best customer picks out material. Have it before I come do estimate also and I can install it.
