- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you prefer recurring cleanings we do offer discounts for weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I normally will request an initial walk-thru/meet and greet to give a more accurate quote, and to make sure we are on the same page so you can get exactly what you are asking for. Once we meet, we will schedule a day and time for the cleaning. In most cases the cleaning will be completed that same day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've been in business since 2011.
