FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep my pricing simple. I believe in educating you about my profession and quality prints and where to purchase them. I take the images and will recommend where to print them, after that its up to you and what is most important..value or quality. I offer payment plans on my more pricey sessions so that finances never get in the way of capturing memories.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the first initial inquiry we discuss the collection and area of photography the client is interested in. We talk abut the family, ages, etc. to determine if we would shoot in studio or on location based on your needs. Once the client decides to book, I collect the nonrefundable retainer fory services. We then discuss clothing and accessories, themes locations, for the session. We meet in person if needed! We talk about my work flow process and delivery timeline. I usually post a sneak peek to my facebook page (unless requested not to) where client can share with friends and family! Then we talk about the next session to book !
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always studying and pushing my knowledge and abilities! I attend workshops as often as I can and at least 2 per year. I am self taught and very proud of that but workshops both online and in person allows me to refine and develop skills that give me award winning images and my own unique style woll.set me apart from others in the industry.
