To Gator Guard,After receiving the estimate from Clint the whole experience was smooth with no surprises. The crew of Tyler, Adam, and Victor were on time and patient with my multitude of questions. They were cautious to protect my home while unloading equipment needed for the job. They were a hardworking and diligent crew. They were a well-organized and knew the detailed process thoroughly. As a team they worked well and did a terrific job. The ads and presentation of Gator Guard state it is a family run business, and it was proven true when John Chambers the owner of the company actually drove from Indianapolis to Cincinnati and then on to my home to say hello to Tyler, Adam, and Victor. John was happy to see the crew and the crew was happy to see John. I was thoroughly impressed when John began working with them. My basement looks great!!!

I am happy with the floor installed. What I am unhappy with is I was told the job would take 3 consecutive days to complete. What was left out was they needed another day to move items back inside. I also paid to have the team remove and replace items. Not everything was replaced. There were many small items I moved. The team used my tools, which was ok. What wasn't ok is they did not replace the tools. I found my tools in windowsills, on top of beds, cabinets and shelving. I also have a built-in propane heating unit. I am now missing the knob to ignite the heater. I hope GatorGuard contacts me to discuss some of these issues and replace the knob for my heater.

We decided to get our basement floor epoxied so it would be kid proof and pet proof. lol! I LOVED Gator Guards presentation by Jon Davidson! Very thorough and explained the process and the history of the company so well.The install team was amazing as well! Very prompt, very polite and very trustworthy! I had no concern about running errands while they tended to my basement. Darius, the install team manager, explained what they would be doing the 2 days that his team would be working. The team of Joey, Kenneth, and Anthony were polite, neat, organized and prompt.Its been a long time since I could give a company 5 stars, but it was well deserved by the Gator Guard crew. Hoping to have them back next fall to do our garage floor.
