- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies job to job mostly because everyone's looking for their own personal clean. I am always willing to negotiate!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am comfortable with texting/email/phone . I would usually meet customers after I am hired unless a quote is necessary then I'll accommodate each case individually.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Just with experience alone , I'd say I am pretty educated in this industry. However I have attended several cleaning programs.
