Kate Kleaning did an amazing job with helping my family get ready to move into our new house. She paid close attention to details. She went above and beyond by providing us little tips and tricks we can use to save money and still have a sparkling beautiful home year round. The job we had was kinda bigger than expected but she showed up each day on time and worked quickly, efficiently, and professional. I really appreciate her for coming out and helping us. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies job to job mostly because everyone's looking for their own personal clean. I am always willing to negotiate!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am comfortable with texting/email/phone . I would usually meet customers after I am hired unless a quote is necessary then I'll accommodate each case individually.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Just with experience alone , I'd say I am pretty educated in this industry. However I have attended several cleaning programs.
