Everything about Columbus Land Management was excellent, starting with Jennifer who I was in contact with initially. She set up an appointment for an estimate that same week. Once they saw the property, they were swift with the estimation costs and they were incredibly patient with us as we weren't even in the state yet (moving). Once we accepted their estimate, they were able to start work the next day. Jason came to our house and introduced himself. He was so personable and gave us a little background on his work experience. He also has another gentlemen with him (I didn't catch his name, I'm sorry!) so they were able to complete the project quickly. They even took some extra dirt and filled in spots that needed to be filled without us even asking. We will definitely be working with them in the future!

Jason responded promptly and professionally with a reasonable price for grading our side yard which had significant high and low spots and was causing drainage issues. They did the work right away and included re-seeding. They were careful and took precautions about moving heavy equipment over the sidewalk, and were respectful of our neighbor's lawn as well. I didn't think to take a "before" photo but I have attached an "after" photo taken the next day.

Jason and his team did a spring cleanup and new walkway and rock wall for our house this year and it looks wonderful. They were professional and thorough and worked with us to get the look and quality that we wanted. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to get work done.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are fair and competitive in pricing.
Due to the nature of work we do we cannot often provide an estimate with out pictures and/or an on-site estimate.
We do however have a minimum rate of $1,200.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to schedule a time to come to the project site before providing a complete estimate. Once we've viewed the project area we will provide our assessment and recommendations for the scope of work, along with an electronic consent and estimate. Depending on the project we typically require 50% up front to schedule the service.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Brush Control, Forestry, culvert repair, driveway install or repair, ground leveling, grading, volley ball installation and more.
