So far, our experience with KPS has been very favorable. They came out and looked at our project site in order to write up a very detailed and organized proposal. I think this was important due to the scope of the work required. They have been out twice for conversations about the project and have already started our fall cleanup. Based on what I have seen so far, we will be very happy when they are handling our weekly lawn care and maintenance next season

8 years owning a house, and you come across some woes and peculiarities. We were faced with soffit repairs in a funky situation as all of the work done previously on this house before we bought it was sub par at best. It is hard to find an honest contractor these days. I was pleasantly surprise at how honest Mr. Gorman was in the assessment of the job that needed done and how dutifully he worked on it. I definitely recommend Gorman Contracting for home repairs. I will be having him come back when I need more work done on my house (and there will be plenty of it, heavens forbid with this house....)

I hired Dave Ogle of Complete Home Services to build and stone a fireplace project I had designed. Dave was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and kept the worksite neat. The work he did was exceptional and I will definitely use his services again on future projects for my clients.

Thoroughly enjoyed working with Jared from Priority One for gutter cleaning and flushing. From his quick responses through Thumbtack, to his knowledge and competency in his work, I would contact him again. It was also a pleasure to work with someone who had knowledge about so many areas of house repair and maintenance, which gave the customer insight on other areas which might need attention in the future. He also used great care in placing the ladder and equipment around my house, by the bracket attached to upper ladder.

The realtor and maintenance crew at RPM are very professional and efficient at getting things fixed and putting the property on the market. The realtor was very patient and done her due diligence to provide details of tenant's information and always asked for permission before starting the contract process. The Accounting process could have been more clear. The cost estimate for repairs to get house ready for showing was clear however the actual cost incurred breakdowns was to clear and monthly statements don't always showed maintenance cost detail info and that's why I didn't give it a 5 star. I have worked with RPM for about 7 years and is overall pleased with their service and they have improved their service and communication thru out the years.

Doug installed my under-sink RO water filtration system. Did a great job. Punctual and ensured the job was done right before leaving.

Dan was very quick to reply and schedule a time for my repair. He did a great job fixing my toilet, worked quickly yet effectively, and was very reasonable. I would hire him again! My only regret is that I didn't find him sooner.
