Introduction: MAK Designs Photography is unique because I treat every client individually. I want them to enjoy their investment in preserving memories. Upon initial consultation of each client I require a questionnaire to be completed. The questionnaire is put in place to deliver to the client exactly what he/she is looking for within their portrait session. The opportunity to be creative.

Amy McGuigan was early and readily prepared for our arrival. She was very professional and very personable. Had outstanding ideas for great family as well as individual shots. We took our family photos outdoors; which was an outstanding experience! Amy really worked with each of us individually to bring out our personality. The prices were great, in fact I believe we received more for our money than if we had gone to one of the national chains. The quality of the photos... I am speechless, I couldn't have asked for a better session!! I have told all of my girlfriends about MAK Designs! I had a great experience; actually I will be booking another session here soon!! A++++ Experience!

Amy is an extremely skilled photographer. She has taken photos of my 3 boys, one of which is a special needs child, and is incredibly patient and understanding. Her pictures are stunning, and she is VERY reasonably priced compared to other professional photographers. I'm so glad to have her!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I regularly attend photography conventions where I stay up to date on current trends and learn from other photographers that have been extremely successful.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
It started as a hobby at a young age (14). After years of mortgage brokering and the markets ups and downs I had the chance to return to college. I graduated from he Art Institute and every day I do what I love.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Newborn portraits, children's portraits, family portraits, senior portraits, events, engagement, boudoir, corporate, branding, designs of all kinds including logo and my Goof booth photo booth.
