- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the hour $50 depending on difficulty.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A customer would call me and we would discuss what he's trying to do on the phone. After that, he would bring the project to me or drawings. If he isn't quite sure what she/he wants we can make up a drawing together and work out the details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of hands on fabrication and also 4 years of an Ironworkers apprenticeship.
