Solar Panel Installation and Repair
My project went into hold due to non-approval/hold by our HOA. Michael from Raiden Electric provided HOA all the necessary details, offered to meet with HOA board and also followed up with them. Michael's professionalism, responsiveness, commitment to project success is exceptional. I would hire Raiden when I would have the opportunity for Solar panel installation.Jun 1, 2018Verified

I was self-remodeling a two story 115 year old farm house. When I got into the electric of the house I was out of my element. Raiden Electric was recommended from a friend that had work done by them in the past. They were willing to work weeknights an even weekend hours to fit my schedule. They updated my electric to current codes and removed potential fire risks within the fuse box that were missed by a previous electrical inspection before purchasing the home (burn marks in the box). The other great thing they did was recommend tech upgrades to the house while access was available. It was inexpensive to make the upgrades then instead of waiting till we wanted them later. I had a great experience and would highly recommend them; good price, good people, and they do what they say they will.Feb 22, 2016
I had lots of electrical issues of unknown origin happening in my house. I found this business on Criagslist. I took a chance and could not be more pleased with their work, price and ethics. I highly recommend this business and the work they do. I live remotely and the house needing the work is 160o miles away. They stayed in touch with me and were extremely affordable and reliable. I am a pleased consumer.Feb 21, 2016

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Only our service work has hourly pricing. Everything else is done through an estimate or an official bid quote because individual work scopes can vary greatly. We want to ensure we understand all your needs to give you an accurate price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Normally, a customer will call, email, or text with a request for service. We further inquire with the customer about their specific needs, and ask to see the project to provide an accurate quote. Once we understand all the requirements, we send a quote back as soon as possible. If the customer picks our quote, we try to schedule our work around the customer's schedule. We can even work in the evenings so we don't disrupt normal work days.
