We ended up having a specific metal roof that they couldn’t work on but James helped us find a great other guy and even recommended HVAC techs for our whole house remodel. Wonderful, professional, and kind people here!

We ended up not being able to use Primo but James was extremely helpful. I had several conversations with him about our project but in the end, they were not experienced to handle a section of our roofing that is flat. I really appreciate his honesty and was disappointed that we could not move forward with Primo due to the attention and support James was able to offer.
