- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies and to some people seems high but if you think about how much new carpet will cost im saving you hundreds and sometimes thousands and giving you a lifetime warranty.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get some info from you and give you a price range we schedule a time to go out and see the job i give you an exact quote if you like it i can do the job right then and there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified carpet installer with over 20 yrs of expirience .
