Call center needs work. But my technician, Bret, was great. He was patient and answered all of my concern. He was professional, respectful and considerate. It was impressive how quick and precise he cut an access opening in my basement to replace a new hose bib. He wore shoe protection and cleaned up after the job was done. Overall I am happy with the work that was done and thank ECO for providing me with a confident technician like Bret.

They give a 30 min. notice that Technician is enroute. Tech (Fnu) showed up on time introduced himself, took a look at the WH location and got busy. He explained everything well. They even left a CO detector on the unit.
