I had a good experience working with Vlada and his crew. They did a very nice job with my shower remodel and I am pleased with the results. I had a small issue after the job was done that needed addressed and they came out right away to take care of it. I would recommend them to a friend (in fact I already did).May 26, 2017Verified
Vlada remodeled our master bathroom and did an outstanding job. The design began with images my wife picked off and He was able to deliver a product greater than our expectations. He was timely, respectful and performed the work in a very "clean" manner. He was cautious to protect our house during the construction phase and kept things neat and orderly from start to finish. The communication was superb and we look forward to future projects with Vlada and his crew. He gave us ideas that we did not consider at first but turned out to be the best choice for our bathroom. We are glad we selected NEO for our project.Jan 21, 2017Verified
We hired the NEO to remodel our kitchen. We were looking for a contemporary design to update our kitchen and they definitely delivered the perfect design for us. Vlada met with us to discuss our needs and what we wanted. He took into consideration not just the design aspects that we were looking for but also how to make the best use of the space. We were then presented with a few different design options, all of which were great. He really put a lot of thought into the design and and how to optimize the space. We absolutely love our new kitchen and would use NEO for any of our future projects. Highly recommended!Jan 21, 2017Verified
Where to start... Aside from the communication barrier, this company is very difficult to work with. I am a general contractor, so I know what to look for in a tile job. We used 24x24 inch tile. -Lots of tiles are not level with sharp corners sticking up to catch your foot on. -I asked for a centered tile going down the hall way throughout the rest of the house and it is very much off center. This was done so less cuts would have to be made and they could get it done quicker. -They were not in contact with our other contractors (painters) so the job could be done correctly. -We asked them to supply a white, thin transition similar to what they removed, and as you see in the picture, it was no where close. I had to spend a day looking for a place to make one. It would be like going to a restaurant and having to go to the store for a loaf of bread for your sandwich. They said that what they put down was white (it is gray...). -They didn't cut tile around vent areas correct and just left them open. They made what we call "lazy cuts" around corners that should have been a continuous tile piece. -It took 2 months to get ahold of them to try and replace and fix their mistakes without me giving this bad review. They finally got back to me saying they have issues with their email and spam. They wanted to charge us at $100 a hour to fix the problems. They claimed everything was done correctly and that we were using the wrong materials to finish the house. For example, they said that we are using the wrong air vent, when it is the same ones that were used before. This work was done on a $400,000 house. I would never use them again for a high quality project. They might work for your cheaper jobs where quality isn't much of an issue.May 24, 2017VerifiedVlad D.'s reply
Hi Richard, I regret that you had an unpleasant experience with our company. Per our contract and verbal agreement you were to supply all tile and transition materials. We have contacted you to fix the issue for free, but without the tiles provided we are unable to make any changes. Please feel free to contact us when you have the materials and we will come out and fix the issue.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?I was raised in Europe and saw many ways for using details in tile work to add luxury to the home. When I moved to the U.S. I saw that I could bring that luxury to customer's homes at a reasonable price.
- What types of customers have you worked with?I commonly do bathroom remodels ranging from re-tiling to removing all of the old equipment, re-arranging the space and designing it to the customer's expectations.
