What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are now multiple session package discounts: 10% off for 5 sessions paid in advance, 15% off for 10 sessions paid in advance, and 20% off for 20 sessions paid in advance. These sessions must be used within a one year time period. They are transferable, for family/friends.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On the first visit, New clients fill out a questionnaire that gives health information, pain areas, etc. We will discuss that to determine the best "route" to take when dealing with problem areas.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The state of Ohio has a requirement of somewhere in the neighborhood of 750 class hours for licensing massage therapists, plus needing to pass the Medical Board test. Classroom activities included training in different techniques, such as Counterstrain and Muscle Energy Technique.
