With quality workmanship and superior customer service. We have an A+ rating with the BBB with not a single complaint. Multi-Level Cleaning made the channel 8 news with our charitable work with St. Jude's Hospital. Our power washing knowledge has lead us to contracts with Case Western Reserve power washing 6 very large parking garages and line stripping them, to power washing entire apartment complexes like Big Creek Parkway, Hunters Hollow and Fairview Parkway. Our window cleaning skills match no other from residential to commercial. Gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, roof repairs, driveway cleaning and sealing we do it all to perfection. Deck Cleaning and staining. We have contracts with entire buildings in downtown Cleveland and Lakewood services the entire building with cleaning services, common area cleaning, apartment turn cleaning, window cleaning, carpet cleaning and power washing. What ever their cleaning needs we can handle them. Customer satisfaction is our number goal.

I called 3 companies for power washing quotes. Multi-Level Cleaning came in person to quote, gave a fair price, also quoted window cleaning, and scheduled for the next week. Three guys showed up on time & cleaned all my siding and all my exterior windows. They were polite & professional. In about 4 hours they completed what would've taken me at least 2 days to do. Some areas required a fully extended extension ladder. The house looks great. I absolutely would recommend MLC.

Dan was top-notch all around. He did a great job power washing our awnings & our aluminum-sided sun porch. They looked good as new! Highly recommend this company. Will use again in the near future.
