- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with customers for the first time it's important to make sure that I explain the product used and each step of the process in full detail, and let our customers know what we will be doing, and when. An open dialogue helps ensure that both parties are staying on top of the project, and are setting clear and reasonable expectations of how the project will go.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over twenty-seven years of experience, Dave’s understanding of interior and exterior renovations gives him the ability to ensure high quality workmanship on every project. Dave and his family reside in Kent, Ohio where he is actively involved in the community and maintains his reputation as a local professional.
