- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I simply just go by the size of the job, square footage also considering any special prep work that may be necessary for painting or staining certain materials. Also by the products desired by the customer such as paint brand and quality ect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial quote if they like the price they contact me to set up a time for me to stop by their house to view the job and what they want done. I ask if they have colors selected and sometimes help with that if they ask. If they decide to hire me we set a date for the work to be done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have all sorts of on the job experience, having done everything from painting and staining to drywall repair.
