Introduction: I develop genuine relationships with my training clients and truly care about their well being and their results. I feel that I'm able to push clients to reach their potential all while maintaining a fun atmosphere. Because of this, almost all of my clients have continued service with me for two years or more. I love to see people surprise themselves with what they are physically able to accomplish during training sessions. Most people don't believe they can perform certain exercises, amounts of weights, etc., so when they do it always surprises them. That makes me feel good. I also enjoy helping them reach their goals that they list when they first meet me.

Since Tony was a kung-fu student of mine for a couple years, he knew how martial artists needed to move. Then he designed a workout program to hit those specific muscles needed. After being involved in the martial arts now for 25 plus years, I was extremely pleased that I saw tremendous improvement in my ability to stretch, kick, jab, et cetera, even more efficiently than before starting Tony's workout. Tony's knowledge of what muscles needed to be activated to execute certain moves was amazing to me. His knowledge of the anatomy and how everything is inter-connected is quite unique. I have been training with Tony two days per week for a year and a half. I have been very happy with the progress I have made. My strength has increased and I have steadily gained muscle definition. When I first started training with him, Tony asked me about my goals, assessed my baseline, and then designed a training program specifically for me. He has continually changed my workout over time in order to keep me making progress and that keeps it interesting too. He has a detailed, personalized workout planned for every session. Tony is professional, friendly, very reliable, flexible about changing the day or time of my appointment when I occasionally need that, and I definitely feel like his full attention is focused on my workout during my appointment. Overall, I could not be more pleased with Tony as a trainer and I would highly recommend him.

I have been working with Tony for over two years, and I have seen results in the past two years that I had not seen when working out on my own since 1997. Tony is very patient, and understands that clients have differing levels of abilities, and he takes that into account during his training sessions. I would definitely recommend Tony to anyone considering a personal trainer for their exercise regimen.

I have been working with Tony for the past 10 years, and he has always been on time and maximized each minute of training. He knows just how much weights I need to push my limits where the last few reps are a stretch and take me to the next level. Very professional!
