- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
60-minute sessions: Single session: $65 10 session pkg.: $600 ($60ea.) 20 session pkg.: $1100 ($55 ea.) 30-minute sessions: Single session: $40 10 session pkg.: $350 ($35ea.) 20 session pkg.: $650 ($32.50ea.)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process starts with a 15-min., no obligation, telephone consultation in which we discuss your goals, needs, training experience, and any health concerns that you may have. I'll also answer any questions you may have for me. At that point, we schedule your first training session and I send you a PayPal invoice for the cost of one session. Your payment secures your first training session. After your first session, we'll give each other feedback on the session, discuss scheduling of future sessions, as well as payment options for continued training.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a graduate of Cuyahoga Community College's Sport and Exercise Studies Program, as well as a former Phys-Ed teacher there. I hold training certifications by the American Council on Exercise (ACE), the American Council of Sports Medicine (two of the most respected personal training certifications in the world), as well as a Certified Kettle Bell Instructor by Kettlebell Concepts of NYC. In addition, I'm a Registered Yoga Teacher (through Yoga One; the most respected yoga studio in San Diego, CA.), and a 2008 graduate of Pacific College of Oriental Medicine's massage program.
